Essential vs analytics cookies
Essential cookies make the site behave as you would expect — including remembering that you declined analytics. They do not track you and are not shared with anyone, so they do not need consent. Analytics cookies are different: they measure visit behaviour and involve a third party, so they are only set if you agree.
Nothing runs before you choose
Until you press Allow, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all — not merely disabled. No request reaches Google and no cookie is created. If you decline, it stays that way permanently in this browser.
If you decline
Your visit is not counted at all, not even as modelled data. We chose that over the approach that keeps sending cookieless signals, because this site introduces an app that sends nothing anywhere; it would be odd for the site itself to behave differently.
What Google receives
If you allow it, Google Analytics processes visit data as our service provider: pages viewed, an approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and browser and device type. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we never sell any data.
Changing your mind
Use the buttons at the top of this page at any time. Declining after having allowed stops analytics loading immediately; any cookie Google already created can be removed through your browser settings. A script blocker or Do Not Track also works without coming here.
This is about the site, not the app
Everything on this page applies to the aura.layardigital.agency WEBSITE. The AURA app itself ships no analytics or telemetry SDK — your conversations go straight to the AI provider you choose, with nothing of ours in between. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
